We the members on the Sway Success VFO Network, in Order to form a more perfect Personal Financial Union, provide for a common interest in striving for personal success, promote the financial care of members, and secure the financial well-being of all members, do ordain and establish this Constitution of Sway Success VFO Network.

Article 1: Sway Success VFO Network

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Network will provide members in the Virtual Family Office with superior financial care service, for members seeking assistance from financial professionals without fear or judgement.

Article 2: Purpose

Section : Sway Success VFO Network

The purpose for the creation of Sway Success VFO Network membership is to provide the public a safe and reliable network for those seeking clarity, confidence and community to financial decisions.

Section 2: Financial Professional’s Oath

The Financial Professional’s Oath will establish extremely high standards for all professionals seeking to become members in the Sway Success VFO Network.

Article 3: Membership

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Network membership is available to the public looking for clarity, confidence and community with their financial decisions. All members must treat each other with respect, kindness and encouragement.

Section 2

To become a member, one must answer the survey questions and pay the monthly membership service fee.

Section 3

There are two types of members Financial Professional member (FPM) and Financial Care member (FCM).

Section 4

The FPM will be terminated if the Financial Professional Oath is violated. FCM will be terminated if inappropriate conduct is reported to the Board by other members in the community.

Article 4: Executive Board

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Network Executive board will be made up of five members an Estate Attorney, Personal Financial Planner (CFP or PFS), Tax Professional (CPA or EA), Investment Advisor (Fiduciary only) & Retirement Trustee Specialist

Section 2

The Executive board will ensure FPM are adhering to the purpose of Sway Success VFO Network and the Financial Professional’s Oath.

Article 5: Committees

Section 1

Sway Success VFO Network encourages all members to form committees or groups to create clarity, confidence and community with financial decisions.

Article 6: Elections

Section 1

Nominations will be decided every two years by Financial Care Members by vote.

Section 2

Eligibility to be nominated must be one of our Financial Professional Members.

Article 7: Amendments

Section 1

Amendments can be initiated by Financial Care members only.

Section 2

The amendment will need a 4 out of 5 executive board members approval.
